All deliveries are insured and professionally packaged. Transportation damages must be immediately delivered to the complaint!

We deliver weekdays, immediately after receiving money. Within Germany, we deliver with the Hermes Logistics Group or Deutsche Post / DHL, this service is also on Saturday. In the EU countries, we deliver with the Hermes Logistics Group or Deutsche Post / DHL. The duration is approximately from 3 to 5 days.

The shipping costs are essentially determined by the weight of the entire ordering and delivery to the mainland. When delivering on islands can island surcharges be required
